I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
Pursuant to Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“Law”), certain rights have been granted to the data subject (“Applicant”) whose personal data is processed.
In accordance with Article 13/1 of the Law, applications to be submitted to Agri-Mac Makine Yapı İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (“Company”), acting as the data controller, regarding these rights must be made in writing or through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“Board”).
Within this scope, for written applications to be submitted to our Company, you may print this form, fill in the relevant sections, and:
Deliver it in person/by hand to the address: Maslak Mah. Maslak Meydanı Sok. Beybı Gız Plaza A Blok No:1/80 Sarıyer/ISTANBUL, or send it via a notary public or by registered mail with return receipt,
Send it via your email address registered in our system to: info@agrimac.com.tr
Send it to the registered electronic mail (KEP) address agrimacmakine@hs01.kep.tr with a secure electronic signature or mobile signature.
Additionally, once other methods to be determined by the Board are announced, our Company will inform how applications submitted through such methods will be received.
II. APPLICANT’S REQUESTS
Your rights that you may request from our Company, as the data controller, are set forth in Article 11 of the Law.
In accordance with Article 13/2 of the Law, your applications submitted to us will be responded to within thirty (30) days at the latest from the date your request is received by us, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Board.
Our responses will be delivered to you in writing or electronically in accordance with Article 13 of the Law.
This application form has been prepared to identify your relationship with our Company and to determine your personal data, if any, processed by our Company completely and accurately, in order to provide a correct and timely response to your application in compliance with legal requirements.
In case the information provided within the scope of this form is incorrect or not up to date, or if an unauthorized application is made, our Company shall not accept any liability arising from such incorrect information or unauthorized application, or for any disruptions that may occur during the delivery of our response to the address you have provided.
WARNING
Applications must be made by the data subject personally. Applications cannot be made on behalf of a spouse, relative, child, etc.
Our Company reserves the right to request additional documents and information (such as a copy of an identity card or driver’s license) for the purpose of identity and authorization verification, in order to eliminate legal risks that may arise from unlawful or unauthorized data sharing and, in particular, to ensure the security of your personal data.
