FIELD OF USE

The machine consists of a product inlet box, a feeding system, grinding and crushing rollers, and a scraping brush and blade system. In addition, it is supported by electrically automated units equipped with pneumatic equipment, speed control systems, and a geared motor. Clean air is connected to the pneumatic system of the machine and supplies air at a constant pressure of 6 bar, processed by dryers.

The product entering the inlet box from the system activates the pre-calibrated machine. During the grinding process, both the incoming and outgoing products are visually inspected on-site and technically evaluated in the laboratory to ensure they meet the required standards. Based on these evaluations, the product feed rate is adjusted according to capacity, the grinding rollers are set with a precise adjustment system, and once a standard product flow is achieved, the system is locked.

If needed, there is no requirement to recalibrate the machine to grind a standardized product again. As mentioned above, in this machine, grinding and crushing rollers (cylinders) are used throughout the grinding stages, in line with their corresponding diagrams. If the incoming product in the feeding box is insufficient during operation, capacity sensors stop the feeding system and set the grinding and crushing rollers to idle mode. In this position, the attachment of scraping brushes to the rollers is prevented, and wear on the roller surfaces and scraping blades is avoided. At the same time, energy consumption is reduced since the idle motors of the machine draw less electric current

FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES

It is possible to disassemble and assemble the feeding system and grinding system as a set. Waste oil buildup is prevented, and the mechanical parts of the machine remain cleaner as a result of their technical features. Since the rollers are fully spaced to prevent slippage on the belts, when the machine stops suddenly under load and restarts, the belts—especially Poly-V and other V-belts—last longer because they are less prone to wear. Thanks to the newly designed technical features of the belt tensioning system, the belts have an extended lifespan. The heat dissipation filter on the bearing helps preserve the oil’s technical properties for a longer time, extending bearing life and reducing the frequency of maintenance. The installation and removal of the brush and scraper systems for part replacement are now easier. Due to the widened inlet box and technical improvements on the feed rollers, a more homogeneous flow is achieved on the feed roller when distributing the product. A mechanical product guide installed on the product inlet box, which can continuously intervene at the entry port, directs the spilled product to the desired location, and the rod sensors operate more efficiently. A central lubrication system, belt control sensors, bearing temperature sensors, vibration sensors, and a choke sensor on the bottom discharge bunker cylinder can be added. In addition to sensors indicating the position of the cylinder rollers, there are sensors showing the feed and roller ratios.
