Control Plansifter
Control & Packaging & Loading
FIELD OF USE
The control sifter is designed for classifying and grading food-grade and flour-based products such as wheat, rye, corn, and durum in milling applications. It is also ideal for separating various granular products and free-flowing particles. Operated by a centrally positioned drive system, the control sifter is powered by an electric motor mounted on the machine. The oscillation radius can be easily adjusted via a twin balance drive system.
The machine is produced in two types, with each sifting frame classified based on the size of the sifting area. The G-Type sifter has a larger sifting area, while the standard model offers a regular-sized sifting capacity. Both types ensure highly efficient sifting performance, high capacity, and durability, along with a long service life, sealed operation, and minimal maintenance.
Each model comprises two main structural sections:
-
Sifting chambers, including sifting frames and flow passages
-
Two wooden case sets where the sifting operation takes place
-
A frame and a drive unit that generates the oscillation required for sifting
These sifters are manufactured from special, durable carbon steel suitable for vibrational operation and are welded using special electrodes with millimetric precision. Frame corners are minimized and burrs are removed to ensure a smooth surface that prevents microbial growth.
The high-precision sifter provides tight and reliable structures in all flow directions thanks to centrally aligned framed boxes. The sifter frames are made from fully dried, top-quality wood using metric tolerances to ensure maximum strength and rigidity. All sifter and cutting-edge frames are coated with double-sided laminated materials to ensure maximum hygiene. Case platforms are made from double-sided laminated materials as standard, with optional stainless steel construction.
Passages and doors are made of fiberglass using a molding process, with insulated and smooth surfaces to prevent condensation, offering extremely durable structures. The sifter frames are tightened using two mechanisms that compress all four corners regardless of height. The positioning of these mechanisms outside the passage enhances hygiene and enables quick and easy maintenance.
